Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for h/h care. AV was not administered his/her pain medication for approximately 5 doses. The facility failed to follow policy regarding reordering-controlled substances, resulting in AV running out AV’s prescribed pain medication. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
