Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) was scheduled to have showers weekly and to have powder placed on a rash he/she developed 3 times per day. AV did not receive a shower for over a week as the facility was short staffed and family had to give AV a shower. AV's medication for the rash ran out on or about February 6, 2022 and the new order was not received until 3 days later. AV's rash worsened resulting in unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to provide showers and timely treatment to AV which is a violation of rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
