Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for the Alleged Victim (AV). According to documentation the facility was given instructions on or about February 16, 2022, to put medication on hold due to increased risk of internal bleeding during surgery. The failure resulted in AV receiving medication on or about February 19, 2022- February 22, 2022, putting AV in risk of serious harm. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
