Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care needs. Between February 20th, through 28th, 2022, AV had wait times anywhere from 15 minutes up to an hour on at least 20 occasions after pressing his/her call light. AV has experienced long wait times for assistance and has waited for over an hour with his/her wet briefs. The facility failed to answer the call light in a timely manner, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
