Findings: The Alleged Victim relies on the facility for his or her safety. On or about March 10, 2022, AV climbed out of an unsecure dining room window and was redirected back inside. Then the following early morning AV eloped from the facility by climbing out the same unsecured window and jumping a locked gate. AV was found by LEA and brought back to the facility without injury. The facility failed to provide a safe environment, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-01422 $250.00 fine assessed
