Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned for medication assistance. AV has history of medications being found in AVs room. On or about March 11, 2022, AVs family members found medication in AV room when moving AV out. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-01128 $500.00 fine assessed
