Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victims (AV) medication orders were administered as prescribed. It was discovered that AV did not receive several doses of h/h medication, causing AV not to feel well, and AV was transported to the hospital for treatment. The facility’s failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
