Findings: Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) is responsible for passing medications to residents. On at least one occasion, AP2 failed to give the Alleged Victim (AV) his/her medication that controls blood sugar, however, AP2 had marked it in the facility medication administration system that he/she did give the medication. AV did not have any adverse reaction, however, missed medication did place AV at risk for harm. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
