Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for h/h care. On or about March 11, 2022, Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) gave the AV the wrong medication. AP2 failed to administer medication as order, which is a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
