Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about March 16, 2022, AV reported $418.00 in cash and his/her bank card went missing. AV’s apartment was searched, and the items were not found. It is believed that an unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) may have stolen AV’s belongings. AP2’s actions are considered financial exploitations, which is neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
