Findings: On or around March 2022, it was discovered the Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) administered Alleged Victim (AV) medication to another resident, leading to loss of AV's prescribed medication. resulting in financial exploitation. AP2’s actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. AP1 failed to ensure adequate supervision, and oversight of the medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
