Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) was given the wrong dose and/or also missed multiple doses of scheduled pain medication between approximately March 29, 2022, and April 6, 2022, causing AV unnecessary discomfort. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV’s physician orders were followed, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
