Findings: On or about April 9, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) was found outside by staff near the garbage cans. Staff brought AV back into the facility and assessed for injury. AV did not suffer any injury, however, staff didn't know that AV was outside the facility and suspect that AV wandered out behind a family member that left the building. The facility's failure to ensure AV's safety is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP23-00147 $375.00 fine assessed
