- Findings
- According to the documentation, the facility failed to receive a signed order for the Alleged Victim’s PRN pain medication. The failure resulted in the AV to go without the PRN pain medication for approximately 12 hours, causing unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
