Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the AV’s medication was administered as ordered. It was discovered that AV went approximately thirteen (13) days without h/h medication on or about the month of April 2022. The facility’s failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00964 $250.00 fine assessed
