Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victims (AV) medications were administered as prescribed. It was discovered that during the month of April 2022 AV missed multiple medications due to medication not available or not in the facility. AV experienced a hard time with sleeping and had some anxiety when going to bed. The facility’s failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00843 $500.00 fine assessed
