Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) missed all ordered medications from approximately April 29, 2022, to May 2, 2022, causing AV to be anxious, shaky, and suffer repeated unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV’s medications were given, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
