Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victim's (AV) medications were administered as ordered. According to an investigation, AV did not receive his/her medications according to the doctor’s orders from approximately October 30, 2021, to December 31, 2021, leaving AV at risk for serious harm. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
