Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victims (AV) medication was administered as prescribed. From approximately January 13, 2022, to May 07, 2022, AV was administered medication daily instead of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The facility’s failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
