Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) is receive daily medication for memory. The facility failed to re-order AV's medication timely, leaving AV without his/her medication for approximately a week, causing AV to have more confusion and behaviors. The facility failed to provide medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
