Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) missed multiple doses of pain medication between approximately April 28, 2022, and April 29, 2022, and also missed at least two additional medications between approximately May 16, 2022, and May 24, 2022. Missing multiple medication doses placed AV at a risk for serious harm. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV’s medications were given, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00826 $1500.00 fine assessed
