Findings: On approximately May 21, 2022, and again on May 24, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) was not administered his/her pain patch and was displaying physical signs of pain (increased agitation and restlessness). The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
