Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about June 2, 2022, at about 8:11pm, law enforcement was dispatched to a missing person who was confused and located approximately 1.5 miles from the facility. AV’s family called the facility to notify them that law enforcement was bringing AV back to the facility. AV had previously eloped from the facility. The facility failed to provide AV with a safe environment, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP23-00530 $500.00 fine assessed
