- Findings
- The facility failed to appropriately care plan and provide care for the Alleged Victim (AV) after his/her change of condition. AV was found to have reddened raised area on his/her buttocks area that required to be turned/repositioned. Staff were not repositioning AV as ordered and the condition worsened causing unreasonable discomfort. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
