Findings: Facility failed to have medication(s) available to ensure the Alleged Victims (AV) medication orders were administered as prescribed. On multiple occasions, it was discovered that AV did not receive h/h medication(s) as order due to the medication not being stocked in facility, causing unreasonable pain and discomfort. The facility’s failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
