Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victims (AV) medication was administered as prescribed. It was discovered that AV did not receive h/h medication from approximately April 08, 2022, to June 22, 2022. The facility’s failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
