Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) had previously had family and friends to assist him/her with medical appointments. AV's family and friends are no longer able to assist AV. AV missed multiple medical appointments, which has placed AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure to assist AV with medical appointments and transportation is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-01275 $250.00 fine assessed
