Findings: On or about June 24, 2022. the Alleged Victim (AV) was sent to the hospital. On or about June 27, AV's belongings, including his/her purse were given to AV's family. AV discovered that $300.00 was missing from AV's purse. AV's room was searched and the money was not found. An unknown Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) took money from AV's purse. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect for care and constitute financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
