Findings: On or about July 1, 2022. the Alleged Victim (AV) discovered that $10.00 was missing from AV's purse. An unknown Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) took money from AV's purse. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect for care and constitute financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
