Findings: The facility and staff failed to provide a safe medication administration system. AV's medication being stolen by an unknown individual and this person is responsible for theft of medications, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
