- According to documentation, the Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) cashed a check in the amount of $150.00 and failed to use the funds for the Alleged Victim’s (AV) benefit. AP2’s actions are considered financial exploitation, which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
