Findings: The facility failed to provide appropriate services according to resident needs. The Alleged Victim’s (AV) call lights were not being answered in a timely manner and AV’s care plan was not being followed, relating to frequent checks, housekeeping, and toileting, which resulted in AV experiencing unreasonable discomfort and a loss of dignity. These failures are a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care which constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-01564 $500.00 fine assessed
