Findings: On or about July 17, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) used his/her call light to summon staff for assistance with toileting. AV's call light was working at the time, however, staff did not respond to AV to assist him/her for hours, causing AV unreasonable discomfort and a loss of dignity. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00847 $250.00 fine assessed
