Findings: The facility failed to administer medication as prescribed to Alleged Victims (AV). On or about the evening of August 02, 2022, AV had a prearranged facility outing. When AV returned to the facility and requested h/h medications, AV was not administered h/h prescribed medications, causing AV distress to the point of not being able to sleep. The facility’s failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-01144 $188.00 fine assessed
