- According to documentation, Unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) took eighty dollars ($80.00) from Alleged Victim (AV) room on or about August 03, 2022. Unknown AP2 is responsible for theft of property, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
