Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about July 16, 2022, AV had a fall, resulting in a fractured finger which required surgery to correct. The facility failed to manage, schedule and follow through with AVs outside providers for treatment. The facility failure to provide timely medical treatment caused AV unreasonable and ongoing pain, discomfort, and emotional hardship, which is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-01772 $1500.00 fine assessed
