Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) was admitted to the facility without the facility having all pertinent information regarding AV's medications and care needs prior to admittance. AV went without pain medication for more than three days, causing unreasonable discomfort to AV. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
