Findings: On or about August 14, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) suffered a fall while trying to close his/her blinds. AV pressed his/her call light and it went unanswered by staff for 30 minutes, leaving AV in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure to answer the call light timely is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
