Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) oversaw their own medication and switched to using the facility's medication staff. Since switching, AV's medications have been late, or medications not given due to being out. AV did not receive h/h medication for 9 days and it caused AV pain and discomfort. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
