Findings: The facility failed to follow the care plan and provide appropriate services according to the Alleged Victim (AV)'s needs relating to showers. AV is care planned to be given two showers a week on Sunday and Thursday. It was discovered in the month of August 2022 AV was given four showers in four weeks. This failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP23-00042 $500.00 fine assessed
