Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. Documentation shows in the month of July 2022 AV pushed call light for assistance and waited over forty-five (45) minutes on 12 calls, and in the month of August 2022 waited over forty-five (45) minutes on 10 calls. The extended wait times for assistance resulted in unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to answer call light in a timely manner, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-01173 $1500.00 fine assessed
