Findings: According to the documentation, the facility failed to answer the Alleged Victim’s (AV) call light for approximately seven (7) hours . The failure resulted in the AV going without their oxygen concentrator, causing their O2 levels to drop, causing prolonged fear and discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
