Findings: On or about August 26, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) was found on the restroom floor, crying and complaining of pain. AV was sent out to the Emergency Room and was diagnosed with multiple, inoperable, pelvic fractures. AV returned from the hospital and suffered two more falls, causing unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to properly care plan after a significant change of condition, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-01640 $1500.00 fine assessed
