Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure Alleged Victim’s pain medication was administered as ordered. Alleged Perpetrator #2 failed to give AV his/her pain medication on August 28, 2022. AP2's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
