Findings: The facility failed to administer medication as ordered for the Alleged Victim (AV). AV is to be given pain medication daily or as needed for pain. According to documentation H/S went without their medication for approximately ten hours on or about August 29, 2022, resulting in AV having to go to the emergency room for treatment related to experiencing pain. The facilities failure resulted in AV experiencing pain and unreasonable discomfort. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP23-00381 $250.00 fine assessed
