- Findings
- According to the documentation, the facility failed to reorder medications timely to ensure the Alleged Victim (AV) didn’t run out of medication. The failure resulted in the AV to go without their breathing treatment resulting in the AV struggling to breathe, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
