Findings: On or about September 6, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) was found on the floor approximately 12:10 pm when a staff was delivering lunch to the AV in his/her room. AV was trying to go to the restroom when he/she fell. AV pushed the call light approximately 11:30 am to get assistance. No staff responded to AV's call light, so AV attempted to go to the restroom him/herself, and AV fell, causing pain to his/her knees and hip. The facility's failure to answer the call light timely is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-01606 $250.00 fine assessed
