Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victims (AV) medication orders were administered as prescribed. The AV is frequently out of the facility and on multiple occasions did not receive h/h medication as scheduled placing AV at risk of serious harm. The facility failed to appropriately implement a plan for medication management while AV was out of the facility, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
