Findings: According to documentation, during a routine medication system review, it was determined that the Alleged Victim (AV) did not receive his/her medication as ordered. There were multiple medication errors regarding AV's inject-able medication for his/.her blood sugar control, of him/her not receiving the correct amount of medication, leaving AV at risk for serious harm. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
