Findings: On or about October 1, 2022, it was discovered by staff that the Alleged Victim (AV) had not received blood pressure medication from August 7, 2022 to October 1, 2022. The facility is responsible for administering all of AV's medications. The medication in questions was delivered to the facility and taken to AV directly instead of to the medication room. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
